Do - It - Yourself Ice Pack!

Many of you have been asking me about ice packs, so I am going to share a do-it-yourself recipe for an ice pack with you!

Mix 2 Cups of Water to 1 Cup of Rubbing Alcohol in a Large Freezer Bag
&
TA-DA! You have your own ice pack that gets REALLY cold but NEVER freezes!

Don't forget to pass this helpful tip along to your friends and family.

Spice Up Your Life!!!

Welcome back! After a hectic, yet fun summer, I am back to give you some words of wisdom in order to stay healthy!
Fall is (almost) officially here, and the time has come to warm up our hearts and even our kitchens. Don't be afraid to experiment with different spices when you make dinner this week. Did you know that most spices act as an anti-inflammatory? Spices like garlic, cinnamon, tumeric, and ginger ease pain and stiffness in muscles and joints. So why not add some flavor to your dinner while helping ease your muscles?

For more anti-inflammatory foods, check out this link from Dr. Weil:

Try this tip out and let us know how it works for you!

Keep warm and spice up your life,
